| Eric Kegel is a twenty-three year old young man who is severly disabled, yet manages to produce and sell his paintings. He has Cerebral Palsy, considered medically a quadrupelegic who is legally blind yet he is able through intense determination and great physical effort to paint to demonstrate his inner feelings. |
